Insurity’s Next Product Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in how Insurity brings its strategy to market and accelerates growth. In this role, you’ll shape compelling market-facing narratives, sharpen the commercial story behind our solutions, and create the messaging, proof points, and customer-facing assets that help Sales engage buyers more effectively and move opportunities forward. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence launches, strengthen go-to-market execution, and help define how Insurity shows up in the market. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product marketer who can turn complex products into compelling market stories and partner cross-functionally to drive growth.

What Our Product Marketing Manager Will Do 

• Own ooordinated product launch and go-to-market strategy and execution for Insurity’s solutions and target market segments, grounded in a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and product value.
• Develop clear, compelling positioning, messaging, value narratives, proof points, and competitive differentiation that help customers understand why Insurity’s solutions matter.
• Lead development of proof points, value narratives, competitive framing, and sales stories for priority solutions
• Use market, customer, and field insight to shape go-to-market priorities
• Create high-impact product marketing assets, including product overviews, sales decks, website copy, battlecards, case studies, launch materials, and other field-facing content that supports pipeline and revenue growth.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Demand Generation, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to support launches, campaigns, strategic deals, and broader commercialization efforts.
• Support sales enablement by building and refreshing customer-facing materials, talking points, and product stories that help improve pitch quality, value framing, and field readiness.
• Contribute to product launches and growth programs by helping define launch strategy, shaping launch messaging and content, and ensuring the field has the materials needed to bring new products and features to market effectively.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to inform positioning, differentiation, and ongoing product marketing strategy.
• Educate and coach Sales and other customer-facing teams on product value propositions, differentiation, and how to communicate Insurity’s value more effectively in the market.
• Independently lead key product marketing programs and create new assets, frameworks, or repeatable approaches needed to support evolving market and sales motions.
• Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market processes, launch readiness, and product marketing effectiveness, and help implement better ways of working across the team.

Who We’re Looking For 

• 5–7 years of product marketing or related B2B technology marketing experience, in enterprise software, SaaS, insurtech, or a similarly complex solutions environment.
• Experience building positioning, messaging, proof points, sales collateral, launch assets, and customer-facing content that supports revenue growth, field enablement, and stronger commercial execution.
• Experience owning software product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, along with analytical thinking, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling customer value.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently, own projects from start to finish, and create structure where processes or programs need to be built or improved.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders on launches, campaigns, and commercialization efforts in a B2B software environment.
• Comfort with market research, competitive analysis, and using customer or field insight to sharpen messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including building clear, persuasive sales and product marketing presentations, are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office overall is expected; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
