Insurity’s Next Interfaces Administrator

Insurity’s next Interfaces Administrator will be the go-to specialist for our AI-enabled integrations and automations, ensuring critical workflows, agents, and data flows run reliably every day. You’ll monitor and troubleshoot interfaces and AI agents, document and improve runbooks, and turn business needs into practical automations using tools like Copilot/Claude and Python or PowerShell. Partnering with Cloud Operations you’ll coordinate the AI agent lifecycle—from intake and prioritization through testing, rollout, and continuous optimization—so our teams can work smarter and faster.

What Our Interfaces Administrator Will Do 

• Support existing integration solutions and assigned AI-enabled automations or agents by being able to troubleshoot, investigate, and identify issues.
• Work with services and orchestrations to investigate support for failed jobs and approved AI / automation jobs where applicable.
• Create supporting document for integration failures and integration processes, and AI agent support procedures where required.
• Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs and assigned AI agents / automation workflows to make sure all jobs process normally.
• Elicit integration requirements from the business, leading requirements gathering meetings where necessary, and identify AI automation opportunities where applicable.
• Analyze the requirements to determine the system needs to fulfill those requirements, including any AI tool, data, or knowledge source dependencies where applicable.
• Prepare integration use cases and leading walkthroughs to validate the documentation, including AI-assisted workflow use cases where required.
• Provide 24x7 on call support for automation processes.
• Manage file transfer permissions and use it as part of batch integration jobs.
• Set-up and maintain PGP encryption keys with customers.
• Code automation jobs in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell where appropriate.
• Track assigned AI agent or automation work items, support stakeholder follow-up, and help unblock rollout dependencies where required.
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including AI, prompt usage, and automation best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for someone with 1 year of experience in a 24x7 high-availability production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, comfortable with Python or PowerShell, and confident using tools like ChatGPT or Claude to support prompts, research, and light AI-enabled work. They should be organized, dependable, and effective at coordinating with stakeholders to keep actions moving.

System Knowledge:

Highly Proficient knowledge and experience with:

• Microsoft Office Suite

• SQL ServerP
• Python or PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools is preferred
• Relevant certifications in scripting, automation, integration platforms, or approved AI tools are a plus

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1 year in a 24x7 high-availability production environment
