CandidatesReach provides job listing, hiring visibility, employer claim, and candidate reach tools. Job listings may come from public sources, employer submissions, approved imports, or employer-managed updates.

Free job listings

CandidatesReach may list publicly available job openings for free. Employers may request corrections, updates, additional listings, or removal of inaccurate listings.

Employer claims

Employer representatives may request to claim company pages or job listings. Claim approval is not automatic and may require review. CandidatesReach may approve, reject, revoke, or limit claim access for operational, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Hiring Credits

Hiring Credits may be used for job visibility boosts, featured job placements, or other candidate reach products. Hiring Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and do not guarantee applications, interviews, hires, or any specific hiring outcome.

Promotional credits

CandidatesReach may provide promotional Hiring Credits to approved employer accounts. Promotional credits may expire, may be limited to specific products, and have no cash value.

No hiring guarantee

CandidatesReach increases job visibility but does not guarantee candidate quality, application volume, interviews, offers, or hires.

Prohibited use

Users may not submit fraudulent jobs, misleading listings, discriminatory content, unlawful content, spam, malware, or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
