Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Hiring Credits and related CandidatesReach visibility products.

Unused Hiring Credits

Unused purchased Hiring Credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Used Hiring Credits

Hiring Credits used for job boosts, featured placements, or candidate reach campaigns are generally non-refundable once the visibility service has started.

Promotional credits

Promotional Hiring Credits have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.

Exceptions

We may review duplicate purchases, technical errors, or accidental purchases in good faith. Contact support with the account email and transaction details.
