Customer Success Representative

What you'll be doing:

• Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform

• Conducting nurture calls to support customer success

• Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment

• Having meaningful conversations to encourage ongoing platform engagement

• Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations

• Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity

• Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities

• Supporting the wider sales team where required

• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a high-volume call centre

• Experienced in onboarding and building relationships

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• You thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving and exceeding KPIs

• A resilient, positive, and customer-focused mindset

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A genuine desire to help customers succeed and deliver positive outcomes
