About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just manage content — they own it. You'll have full ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube: the strategy, the output, the team, and the numbers. You'll write the scripts, organize the shoots, direct the editors, and make sure everything that goes out is something we're proud of.

What You'll Own

• Full platform ownership — consistency, quality, and performance across all channels

• Script writing — at least 3 short-form posts per week (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and 1 YouTube video per week

• Production coordination — organizing shoots with on-camera talent and managing schedules

• Editorial pipeline — running video editors from script through shoot to final cut

• Quality control — reviewing all content before it goes live and giving clear, actionable feedback to the team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator at scale

• Strong scriptwriting skills — you know how to hook, hold, and convert

• Hands-on experience coordinating video production (shoots, talent, editors)

• Sharp eye for quality — you can tell a good edit from a great one, and you know why

• Comfortable working across short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) formats

• Data-driven mindset — you track what's working and adjust accordingly

• Organized and reliable — you keep the team on schedule without micromanaging

Monthly Salary:

Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross/month depending on experience.
