Sintra is scaling aggressively, and Google is one of our most important growth channels. We need a Media Buyer who doesn't just manage campaigns — they own the channel, set the agenda, and push it further every single week.

If you're the type who audits for fun, gets excited about a new placement to test, and knows exactly what the landing page needs before the designer does — this role was written for you.

What you'll do:

• Take full ownership of Sintra's Google Ads performance — strategy, execution, optimization, and growth

• Dictate what the channel needs to scale: brief the CRO team on which tests to run, direct the creative team on what assets to produce, and hold those briefs to a high standard

• Audit the account weekly — identifying waste, spotting opportunity, and acting on both without waiting to be asked

• Continuously expand into new placements across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display

• Manage budget allocation with a sharp eye on ROAS and CPA, scaling what works and cutting what doesn't

• Own the full funnel view — from keyword and audience targeting through to landing page performance and conversion

• Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what's next

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record running and scaling Google Ads for a SaaS or subscription product

• Comfortable in the driver's seat — you set direction, you don't wait for it

• Experience across Search, YouTube, PMax, and Display — you know the nuances of each

• Strong creative judgment: you can brief a video ad or a landing page test as confidently as you can build a campaign

• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking fundamentals

• Data-driven and fast-moving — you audit, decide, and act in the same week

Salary range: €5,000-7,000/month gross, depending on experience.
