As we grow, we're looking for a Lead Deployment Engineer who wants to be in the thick of it: whether that's in the field launching a new location or supporting a remote technician working through a complex issue from across the country.

This is a blended leadership role. You'll oversee a mixed team of field deployment engineers and remote technical support specialists and you'll need to be credible on both sides. Your first 90 days are built for immersion: taking tickets, doing deployments, and getting to know the people and the operation from the inside. That foundation is what makes everything that follows the mentorship, the process work, the cross-functional relationships actually stick.
