Company overview

LucidLink is the file streaming platform for large-file workflows. We give teams and tools instant access to data in the cloud, so work starts right away, anywhere. No downloads, no syncing, no VPNs. What began as a faster way to open huge media files is now a platform spanning streaming from existing storage, on-site acceleration, web and mobile access, and a developer layer that connects agents to the filespace, all with zero-knowledge security and enterprise governance built in. More than 4,000 companies — including Adobe, Spotify, Warner Bros, and Paramount — and 100,000 users in over 150 countries stream more than 100 petabytes with LucidLink, and the Television Academy has recognized us with an Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy Award. Founded in 2016 by storage industry veterans, we are headquartered in San Francisco with an engineering office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and remote employees across North America, Europe and Australia.

Reasons to join LucidLink:

Role Overview

LucidLink's revenue team runs on Salesforce -- and right now, that Salesforce needs a skilled operator to take the wheel. Years of fast-moving decisions have left us with heavy customizations, a complex integration web, and data governance gaps that a growing company cannot afford to ignore.

As our first dedicated Senior RevOps Administrator, you will own the day-to-day configuration, data integrity, and access governance of Salesforce -- and over time, help us rationalize the broader RevOps tech stack. This is not a ticket queue or a maintenance role. It is a builder opportunity: assess the current state, fix what is broken, sunset what should not exist, and set a standard that scales.

You will work directly with our VP of Revenue Operations and partner closely with IT -- getting the space and trust to operate autonomously while having a clear escalation path for anything that crosses into engineering territory.

About Our Team

You will sit within a lean Revenue Operations team, working directly with our VP of RevOps -- a fast-moving function in a critical build phase. The team includes a Revenue Enablement lead and commissions expertise, supported historically by a third-party operations partner that you will be helping to replace. We make decisions fast, own our lanes completely, and genuinely care about doing things right -- not just done.

How You'll Make an Impact

Every deal LucidLink closes flows through Salesforce. Every rep that joins, every account we land, every pipeline call we run -- it all touches the CRM you will own. Getting Salesforce right is not back-office hygiene here; it is foundational to how we scale from 230 people to 500. You will be the person who builds that foundation -- and you will know it mattered.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Recruiter Screen: A conversational introduction focused on your background, communication style, motivations, and what draws you to a builder role at a high-growth startup. We'll also cover compensation expectations and logistics so there are no surprises later.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper discussion around your enablement philosophy, program design, and how you've built measurable impact on revenue outcomes — expect real-world scenarios around ramp time reduction, Sales Academy design, and how you've influenced GTM motion without direct authority.

  3. Cross-Functional Interview: A peer conversation focused on how you partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product — specifically how you turn product messaging into field-ready content, manage competing stakeholder priorities, and show up when there's no playbook to follow.

  4. IT & Operations Interview: A focused conversation on how you think about the systems and tools that underpin enablement — integrations, access, tooling boundaries, and how you partner with technical teams to get things done without owning the stack yourself.

  5. Skills Assessment: A practical, scenario-based evaluation where you'll demonstrate how you think, build, and execute — expect real problems, not hypotheticals.

  6. Final Conversation: A relaxed discussion to make sure LucidLink is the right environment for how you work best — and so you can ask the questions that matter to you. Expect some conversation around long-term growth, what exceptional looks like in this role, and how the Revenue Enablement function fits into our broader GTM strategy.

At LucidLink, AI fluency is a core professional competency. As part of our interview process, we'll explore how you currently use AI tools in your work and how you think about using them responsibly.
