Job Description

Reporting to the Account Director, you will support client relationships and oversee the daily execution of retail campaigns (BAU) and social boosting initiatives. Your primary focus is ensuring smooth project delivery, tracking campaign performance data, and monitoring the internal creative asset workflow. In this role, you will act as a key connector between the client's immediate demands and our execution teams, working closely with a Product Manager (PM) to balance creative output with media execution.

• Be a primary contact for assigned performance media accounts, channels, or campaigns, ensuring clear communication and agreement on client goals.

• Explain client goals internally and demonstrate how the agency's work aligns with and delivers on these expectations.

• Develop and support briefs that align with client goals and oversee their successful execution.

• Maintain accurate account documentation, operational data, and meeting notes up to date.

• Follow up on the internal creative asset pipeline and creation workflows, ensuring assets are delivered within the established timeline.

• Review creative deliveries against performance best practices and client expectations to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency.

• Partner with internal teams, including project management and billing, to facilitate smooth task completion, manage financial routines, and ensure the accurate maintenance of account data.

• Nurture client relationships by engaging them with success case studies to strengthen their connection with the business.

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of performance reports by collaborating with specialized teams, keeping a high-level view of campaign results and account health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager within the creative/media industry

• Proven experience in client services or account management within the advertising, digital media, or creative industry.

• Understanding of digital media landscapes, specifically paid social boosting and retail campaign dynamics.

• Commercial awareness with an analytical ability to interpret performance data, spreadsheets, and financial reports.

• Familiarity with creative workflows and asset production processes.

• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to communicate with confidence, using strong interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities, mediate crises, and foster healthy client and team relationships.
