Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and high-energy Client Management Leader with 8-10 years of experience deeply rooted in the digital marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to our marquee clients, lead a high-performing account management team, and drive retention and organic business growth. You will bridge the gap between complex digital strategy and client business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

1. Strategic Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Act as a Trusted Partner: Build, maintain, and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Understand Business Goals: Deeply understand clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to proactively recommend high-impact digital solutions.

2. Business Growth & Portfolio Profitability

• Drive Organic Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.

• P&L Ownership: Oversee the financial health of your client portfolio, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, profitability margins, and timely billing/collections.

• Pitch Collaboration: Collaborate with the New Business/Growth team to lead high-stakes pitches and proposals for prospective clients and partners.

3. Digital Strategy & Delivery Oversight

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Creative, Tech, Media Buying, SEO, and Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated digital campaigns.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of creative and strategic output, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand’s vision and KPIs.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize client ROI.

Qualifications

• Agency Pedigree: 8–10 years of core account/client management experience specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency setup. Knowledge of MediaTech is a big plus.

• Digital Expertise: Robust understanding of the digital landscape, including performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, content marketing, and web analytics.

• Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing big client portfolios and a history of hitting organic growth targets.

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to articulate complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience participating in new business.
