As a Payroll Analyst, you'll join a collaborative global Talent team at an exciting time as we modernize our payroll and HR technology ecosystem and transform how payroll is delivered across the business. 

This is more than a payroll processing role. You'll help deliver accurate, compliant payroll for a growing global workforce while contributing to technology enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives that create a more efficient, scalable, and employee-centric payroll function. Working across multiple countries, states, and jurisdictions, you'll navigate complex regulatory requirements while partnering with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to build best-in-class payroll operations. 

The ideal candidate has experience with modern HRIS platforms and is energized by using technology to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance the employee experience. They thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, embrace continuous improvement, and are excited by the opportunity to help shape a modern global payroll function while growing their career with Harbor.  This is a full-time, fully remote role than can be worked from anywhere in United States (EST hours).
