Product Operations Manager – Housing

As Product Operations Manager – Housing, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — playing a central role in how ambitious ideas are translated into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on launch quality, adoption, and iteration speed as the company scales rapidly.

What You'll Do

• Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through detailed specs, diagrams, and edge-case definitions

• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new enterprise clients to understand their needs and operational requirements

• Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through each product release

• Analyze product usage data to surface insights that inform product decisions and improve adoption

• Manage compliance requirements associated with new product features and customer configurations

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to accelerate iteration speed and maintain quality at scale

• Operate close to both the product surface area and underlying data, leveraging technical and analytical skills to drive outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5–10 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a closely related role

• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with data to derive actionable insights

• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch

• Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail

• Demonstrated ownership mindset and consistent follow-through in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, proptech, or enterprise software

• Background working with large, sophisticated enterprise customers

• Familiarity with property management workflows or multifamily housing industry

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 USD annually
