Member of Technical Staff, Product (AI Agents)

We are an early-stage enterprise AI automation company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Our platform studies real work processes, identifies repeatable patterns, and deploys AI agents that take over complex but routine tasks — freeing teams to focus on high-value work. We serve industries including professional services, insurance, financial services, and customer support.

As a Member of Technical Staff, Product, you will be at the core of our engineering effort: turning workflow observations into production-grade AI agents that autonomously perform real work. You'll collaborate directly with customers, own your systems end-to-end, and ship automations that measurably save hours of manual effort. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a fast-moving early-stage team.

What You'll Do

• Convert observed customer workflows into deployable AI agents that perform work autonomously.

• Work closely with customers to understand their operations and identify high-value automation opportunities.

• Ship production automations that replace hours of repetitive tasks and improve user efficiency.

• Own AI agents end-to-end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve them.

• Run experiments with new models, techniques, and use cases; benchmark results and ship what works.

• Contribute to observability and monitoring practices — metrics, dashboards, and alerting for live AI systems.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development, with a strong track record of building and delivering production-grade AI agents.

• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based systems in production — not just prototypes.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production AI agents (build → deploy → monitor → improve).

• Strong Python programming skills; comfortable working across the full stack of an AI system.

• Experience turning observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations.

• Comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.

• Proven ability to operate effectively in early-stage, resource-constrained teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing AI/human collaboration interfaces and practical AI × human workflows.

• Experience with observability and monitoring for AI systems (metrics, dashboards, alerts).

• Background in experimentation, model benchmarking, and systematic evaluation of AI solutions.

Location

This role is based on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be willing to relocate to or already be based in Munich. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
