About the Role

As a Senior Associate – Employer Branding, you will support employer branding, communications, and talent attraction initiatives for Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Working closely with Consultants, Managers, client stakeholders, Talent Acquisition teams, and cross-functional business leaders, you will contribute to employer brand research, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, content creation, campaign execution, talent insights, and recruitment marketing initiatives. What You'll Do

Employer Brand Research & Insights

• Conduct employer brand, talent market, competitor, and industry research.
• Support Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development through research, stakeholder inputs, and market analysis.
• Translate research findings into presentations, reports, and client-ready recommendations.
• Track employer branding trends, talent behaviors, and evolving market dynamics.

Content Development & Storytelling

• Develop content for employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, careers pages, blogs, videos, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Create employee stories, leadership narratives, culture content, and thought leadership assets.
• Support editorial planning and content calendar management.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, storytelling, and employer brand voice across channels.

Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Support the planning and execution of recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign activities across social media, events, partnerships, and talent communities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve talent attraction outcomes.

Employee Advocacy & Internal Branding

• Support employee advocacy and ambassador programs.
• Assist in developing internal branding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create communication assets that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to amplify employee stories and employer brand initiatives.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, managers, and client stakeholders to deliver employer branding projects.
• Manage project trackers, timelines, content reviews, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and status updates.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent Master's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in employer branding, communications, content marketing, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Experience creating employer branding content, managing campaigns, or supporting branding initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
