What you’ll need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer

• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop

• A portfolio that clearly reflects your skills and creative style

• Ability to follow briefs while contributing your own ideas

• Strong grasp of composition, editing techniques, rhythm, and color

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI tools (AI speakers, AI voiceovers, MidJourney, etc.)

What you’ll be doing:

• Editing UGC-style creatives

• Crafting hook-driven cuts for ads

• Creating new video concepts and bringing existing ones to life

• Collaborating closely with the creative team

• Participating in brainstorms and ideating new content directions

• Testing new tools, effects, plugins, and building project templates to speed up workflows
