Senior Creative Producer - Strategic Projects

About the Team

The Strategic Projects (SP) unit validates new acquisition channels, experimental partnerships, and non-standard revenue streams before handing them to scale. We test and pilot across a mix of emerging channels and partnership models (for example, newer social platforms, DSP partnerships, and app install experiments), often building creative strategy from scratch where there's no established internal playbook yet.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Creative Producer to join SP full-time. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment — you'll help shape creative strategy for channels we're still figuring out, not just execute against an existing one. If you're energized by ambiguity, enjoy researching what works on a new platform before anyone internally knows the answer, and want ownership over creative direction rather than just production, this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic support

• Research and establish best practices for creative on channels new to Welltech — shape creative strategy from the ground up rather than following an existing playbook.

• Translate performance signals and channel-specific nuances into creative direction, even with limited or early-stage data.

• Bring an experimental mindset — comfortable testing new formats, channels, and approaches without an established benchmark to follow.

• Adapt and repurpose proven creative across new channels quickly, balancing speed-to-launch with channel-specific optimization.

Creative excellence

• Generate fresh, user-centric creative concepts across a range of ad networks beyond the standard ones. Write briefs.

• Analyze creative and UA performance across pilot channels to iterate quickly given lower volumes and less mature reporting.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to each new channel to extract relevant trends and insights.

• Share best practices and feedback with the wider creative team as new channels mature.

Strong management

• Manage full-cycle creative production: from idea to final implementation, working closely with our motion design team.

• Plan and prioritize your own workload across multiple concurrent pilots and channels.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with UA/Growth, Product/Growth leads across our apps, and funnel/production teams to align creative with test structure and constraints.

Required professional skills

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar.

• Ideally, experience beyond Meta-only creative — comfortable ideating and executing across diverse, less-established ad networks.

• Experience creating UGC and storytelling content, and writing persuasive direct-response communications.

• Track record of creative that outperforms benchmarks — but also comfort operating where benchmarks don't exist yet.

• Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics.

• Excellent project and time management skills, with ability to context-switch across multiple pilot projects.

• Confident presenting creative direction and reasoning to stakeholders across teams.

• Operates autonomously and proactively — this role has real latitude to shape approach, not just execute a brief.

• Advanced English level (C1+)

Additional qualities that may be helpful

• Knowledge of emerging platform-specific algorithm/format nuances (e.g. short-form video, newer social platforms).

• Ability to use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for ideation and iteration.

• Awareness of trends within the health and fitness vertical.

• Experience with subscription-based apps and mobile advertising.

• Genuine interest in wellness/health tech.
