An impressive mission requires an equally impressive Product Marketing Lead

VIA is seeking a creative, technically fluent Product Marketing Lead to build and own our marketing presence across our most advanced technology domains. You will take VIA's deeply complex, cutting-edge products and translate them into accessible, highly engaging materials that make even the densest technical concepts impossible to ignore. This is a ground-floor opportunity: our technology has evolved over time and we are ready to fully dedicate a marketing professional to this specific area. As a Product Marketing Lead focused on AI and advanced technologies at VIA, you will own the full ideation-to-execution pipeline, driving multimedia strategy across video, podcasts, and digital channels, and establish VIA's voice in the agentic AI landscape from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

Requirements

What you will bring to this role:

  • Experience: 4+ years in technical product marketing, technical content marketing, or product marketing for deeply technical B2B SaaS, AI, or cybersecurity platforms. A portfolio demonstrating the translation of complex technical concepts into clear, commercially compelling materials is strongly preferred over years of experience alone
  • Technical engagement: You lead with curiosity to understand complex architectures paired with demonstrated experience engaging directly with engineering or product teams to extract and translate technical concepts
  • Ground-up creative execution: Proven ability to build a content and marketing function from scratch, moving from a blank slate through strategic ideation to final production across multimedia channels including video, audio, and written content. You've done this before, even if at a smaller scale.
  • Storytelling at the intersection of technical and human: Exceptional writing capability with a specific track record of converting dense feature descriptions and technical architectures into high-level, impact-driven narratives; the kind that make a government buyer or enterprise decision-maker feel the significance of what VIA has built
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: This role has no established playbook. The right candidate will be energized by the opportunity to define the strategy, build the systems, and demonstrate the value of technical marketing at VIA from the ground up
