Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll help shape how Varicent attracts, hires, and develops exceptional talent around the world.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and emerging markets while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Beyond recruiting, you'll drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our Talent Acquisition and onboarding programs, improve hiring processes, and help us build a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle global recruitment across technical and business functions—from talent mapping and proactive sourcing through offer negotiation and successful hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing talent market intelligence, hiring strategy, and competitive insights to support informed hiring decisions.
• Build innovative sourcing strategies using AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and other creative sourcing channels to engage exceptional passive talent.
• Drive strategic Talent Acquisition and onboarding initiatives, including process improvements, technology implementations, workflow automation, employer branding, and other projects that enhance the hiring experience.
• Partner with People Operations and Talent Enablement to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for long-term success during their first 90 days.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices by expanding diverse talent pipelines and continuously improving equitable hiring processes across global markets.
• Leverage Greenhouse, recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled tools to optimize recruiting operations, improve hiring efficiency, and deliver meaningful reporting and talent insights.
• Strengthen Varicent's employer brand through creative recruiting campaigns, social media engagement, professional communities, educational partnerships, and talent networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates, former applicants, and alumni to create sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth SaaS, AI, or technology organizations.
• Proven success hiring across both technical and business functions, including Engineering, GenAI, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, G&A, and Leadership.
• Experience recruiting across multiple global regions, including North America, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Expertise in identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing techniques.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition initiatives such as recruiting operations, process optimization, onboarding programs, employer branding, or recruiting technology implementations.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), CRM platforms, recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships across the business.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics, talent intelligence, and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences while fostering an inclusive and collaborative hiring culture.

Additional Information

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 (CAD). In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including individual qualifications and market data, as objectively assessed during the interview process.
