About the role

The Field Supervisor, Turbine Services is responsible for providing technical leadership and field oversight for turbine maintenance, inspection, repair, and outage execution across commercial nuclear power plants and other power generation facilities. Reporting to the Manager, Turbine Services, this role serves as the on-site technical expert, directing field personnel, coordinating work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.

The Field Supervisor, Turbine Services works closely with customers, project teams, and field specialists to execute complex maintenance activities while promoting a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This role also mentors junior technicians, supports workforce development initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts across turbine service operations.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated annual base salary for this role is $98,000–$120,000. This is a salaried, non-exempt position. While working remotely or performing non-deployed work, employees receive their regular annual salary. Because this is a travel-heavy role, employees spend the majority of their time supporting customer sites in the field. During travel, the equivalent hourly rate is approximately $47.12–$57.69 per hour (based on the annual salary range) and employees are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal and state law, as well as applicable per diem benefits while traveling. Compensation is paid on a bi-weekly basis, less applicable withholdings and deductions. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
