The Job

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help keep Teton running smoothly across hundreds of deployments.

When issues come in from customers, you'll be the first technical person digging into them. You'll investigate what happened, understand where things broke, and work closely with engineering to get them fixed.

To do this well, you'll develop a deep understanding of the entire Teton stack. From devices deployed in resident rooms and local networks, to backend services, databases, infrastructure, and mobile apps.

This is a great role for someone who wants to learn how a complex product works end-to-end. One day you might be debugging connectivity issues on a deployed device. The next you might be investigating database records, fixing a frontend bug, or working with one of our machine learning engineers to understand unexpected system behavior.

You'll work closely with specialists across the company and gain exposure to hardware, networking, cloud infrastructure, backend systems, mobile apps, and machine learning systems.
