Over the next 12 months this operator will set the cultural, operational, and administrative foundations of a generational product and institution owning mission critical projects and getting exposure to our board, shareholders, and incredible partners. Those profiles are particularly characterized by:

• Managing dozens of priorities simultaneously without dropping any of them

• Closing the loop on everything - nothing falls through the cracks, no one has to follow up twice

• Learning new domains rapidly and operating in them without needing to be taught
