Position Summary

The Finway Group, a Strongpoint Partners company, is seeking a Manager of 3(16) Department to lead our growing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional fiduciary administration services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, developing and coaching team members, ensuring outstanding client service, and driving operational excellence across the department.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep retirement plan knowledge, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for developing people while ensuring clients receive a best-in-class experience.

Pay Transparency Statement:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000–$70,000 annually. At Strongpoint Partners, salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined based on geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Total compensation includes base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
