About the Role

As a Product Designer at Solstice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, effective, and elegant user experiences for our next-generation biopharma marketing products. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. Your impact will be foundational as we continue to scale and deliver transformative products.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Solstice’s core applications: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user experiences

• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve and refine product designs

• Advocate for the user and help establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across products

• Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision

• Contribute to the development of design processes, tools, and best practices as an early design hire

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact on shipped products

• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Cursor, Claude Code/Design)

• Ability to operate autonomously and thrive amidst ambiguity

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design with stakeholders

• Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions

• Relentless focus on delivering impact and iterating on feedback

• Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, AI, healthcare, or regulated industries
