Brown House Properties, a family owned and well-established property management company, is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office!

The Lead Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of the team to keep our properties running smoothly by supervising the team and coordinating the day to day demands of the large and varied property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.
