We are currently looking for a Bank Relationship Management Team Lead to help us raise the bar even higher.

Responsibilities:

Bank Relationship Management & Account Operations
— Own and continuously develop the Group's banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across jurisdictions;
— Define and execute the bank and fintech partner strategy: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with RMs across banks and EMIs;
— Build and maintain a structured pipeline of banking partners, driving proactive outreach and positioning Group companies for successful onboarding;
— Manage account-level risk and diversification, ensuring uninterrupted payment flows;
— Support restructuring initiatives, corporate changes, annual KYC and data updates in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Treasury Tools & Liquidity Development
— Develop and deliver treasury infrastructure for the Group's operating companies: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments, and investment modules;
— Drive commercial negotiations with banking partners to secure optimal fee structures, FX rates, and credit terms;
— Collaborate cross-functionally with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to align banking infrastructure with business needs and structural changes.

Team Leadership & Process Ownership
— Manage and develop team, overseeing the research pipeline, onboarding support, and partner evaluation process;

— Design and implement scalable internal processes for bank sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding — reducing dependency on ad-hoc decisions;
— Maintain reporting and metrics on account coverage, diversification, and tool availability across the Group.

Required qualifications and skills:
— 5 years of experience working in Finance in International companies, banks, IT companies;
— Solid understanding of payment systems and international business, involving into cross-border Experience in transactions and multi-currency payments;
— Ability to prioritize, organize and effectively manage daily routines, ad-hoc tasks and strategic goals. Act independently with the appropriate level of support;
— Proficient level of Excel;
— English B2+.


What Would Be a Plus:
— Solid experience in banking compliance, with a strong understanding of AML principles and practices will be an advantage.
