About the Role

The Leadership role will drive pharma consulting and analytics engagements, ensuring successful client delivery, stakeholder alignment, and practice growth. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to business development, and strengthen the organization's capabilities across Pharma, AI, Analytics, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities : Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pharma consulting and analytics programs across multiple client engagements.
• Own project planning, governance, execution, resource planning, risk management, and delivery quality.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, drive governance discussions, resolve escalations, and ensure successful business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop engagement managers, consultants, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive team performance, accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
• Foster a high-performance, learning-oriented culture.

Pharma Practice & Capability Building

• Build and strengthen the Pharma Consulting practice through reusable frameworks, accelerators, case studies, and best practices.
• Drive internal capability development through trainings, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support organizational capabilities across Commercial Pharma, Market Access, Patient Analytics, Launch Excellence, Customer Engagement, Pricing, and related domains.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

• Support proposal development, solution design, effort estimation, client presentations, and storytelling.
• Partner with Sales, SMEs, and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions and expand existing engagements.
• Contribute to capability positioning and business growth initiatives.

AI, Analytics & Technology

• Lead or support engagements across AI, Data Science, Analytics, Technology Consulting, and Data Engineering.
• Develop reusable solution assets and support enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into scalable analytics and technology solutions.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in Pharma Consulting, Commercial Operations, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of one or more pharma business areas such as Commercial Analytics, Market Access, Launch Excellence, Patient Analytics, Pricing, Customer Engagement, or Commercial Operations.
• Proven experience managing large client engagements, delivery programs, and global stakeholders.
• Experience in proposal development, solutioning, pre-sales, and executive client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Exposure to AI, Data Science, Analytics, Technology Consulting, or Data Engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
