Field Marketing Specialist

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Field Marketing team to support ai-PULSE, key industry initiatives in France, and selected regional activities across EMEA.

Your mission will be to execute field marketing programs and sales-aligned initiatives that drive demand, generate pipeline, and strengthen Scaleway’s position as a leading European cloud provider.

You will be part of a team of 2 people within a broader Marketing and Communication organization of 8 people. The Field Marketing team is responsible for driving regional demand generation, organizing major events like ai-PULSE and VivaTech, and working in close alignment with the sales organization.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Support the execution of B2B field marketing and demand generation programs for designated PODs, key industries, and selected EMEA initiatives.

• Coordinate, plan, and execute major event strategies and local field activities, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

• Drive pipeline generation initiatives in close alignment with the sales organization.

• Lead end-to-end event logistics and operational execution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, partner marketing, and communications subteams.

• Measure, analyze, and report on the business impact and success metrics of field marketing activities.

• Use HubSpot, Salesforce, Livestorm, and Strapi to execute and track field marketing programs

• Test, learn, and iterate on new field marketing approaches to adapt to fast-moving market trends.

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

• B2B Field Marketing & Demand Gen: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tech, cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure ecosystems.

• Event Strategy & Execution: Proven experience running webinars, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives.

• Pipeline Generation & ABM: Demonstrated track record of revenue-focused marketing contributing to sales pipelines.

• Marketing & CRM Tools: Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Livestorm, and Strapi.

• English Fluency: Excellent English communication skills for working in a pan-European, international environment.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-teams, and align with sales.

• Structured & Organized: Strong execution excellence with the ability to cut out noise and prioritize high-impact tasks.

• Curious & Dynamic: Eager to understand new tech/cloud industries and fast-moving market trends.

• Pragmatic & Solution-Oriented: Hands-on mindset with strong adaptability and comfort in navigating fast-moving environments.
