EDI & Celigo B2B Manager

Location: Fully Remote - Philippines

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EDI & Celigo B2B Manager Specialist to manage and improve our business-critical integrations. This role will ensure accurate and reliable data flow between NetSuite, EDI trading partners, suppliers, ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, fulfillment providers, and other connected systems.

The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on experience with Celigo B2B Manager and production-level EDI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Celigo B2B Manager integrations.

• Monitor EDI transactions and resolve failed or rejected documents.

• Build and maintain integrations connected to NetSuite and other business systems.

• Support EDI trading partner onboarding, mapping, testing, and production launches.

• Investigate integration errors, data issues, and mapping problems.

• Work with EDI formats and technologies such as JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, and JavaScript.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

• Create monitoring, reconciliation, and error-prevention processes.

• Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, and SOPs.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, trading partners, and US-based stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on production experience with Celigo B2B Manager (REQUIRED).

• 5+ years of hands-on production-level EDI experience (REQUIRED).

• 7+ years of overall experience in EDI, systems integration, ERP integration, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite integrations.

• Strong knowledge of EDI transaction sets such as 810, 850, 855, 856, 846, 940, 945, 997, and 999.

• Experience with AS2, SFTP, APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and REST/SOAP services.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript for data transformations and integration logic.

• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Willingness to work full-time US Eastern Time hours.

Important Screening Note

Candidates with at least 5 years of hands-on production experience with both Celigo B2B Manager and EDI are an absolute requirement for this role.
