Rennscot MFG is always looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We hire entry-level employees into a variety of manufacturing roles, including CNC machining, additive manufacturing (3D printing), assembly, and quality inspection.

No manufacturing experience? That's okay. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy learning, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, you may:

• Operate CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, or other production machinery.

• Assemble precision components and finished products.

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.

• Support material handling, post-processing, packaging, and other production activities.

Every team member will:

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.

• Record production, quality, and time-tracking information in our ERP system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet quality, delivery, and production goals.

• Participate in training and continuously develop new manufacturing skills.

• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus but not required.

• Manufacturing, vocational, or technical training is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

• Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
