Sales Consultant

Great position for someone in retail looking to move their career along in Sales

As a Sales Consultant at PERGOLUX, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them from initial inquiry to the final showroom experience. Your core purpose is to deliver an exceptional, premium consultative sales experience that converts interest into dream outdoor spaces, directly impacting our market presence in Australia.

What You’ll Do

• Hours will be rostered between 8.30 - 10pm weekdays and 8.30am - 10pm weekends (with flexibility when required, happy work around study schedules)

• Handle diverse customer inquiries professionally across phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face showroom sales.

• Provide expert advice for technical and installation questions (training will be provided)

• Collaborate closely with internal logistics, warehouse, and product development teams, as well as external transport service providers, to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering a premium service experience aligned with our high-performance goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in sales, retail or trade/technical background looking to move your career to the next level

• Excellent communication skills combined with an empathetic, solution-oriented working style.

• A dedicated customer service mindset alongside the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

• Strong self-organization and time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Most importantly we are looking for someone with drive and the energy to want to succeed

This is a casual position with competitive hourly rates, offering flexibility across weekday and weekend rosters.
