Marketing Assistant

As our Marketing Assistant, your core purpose will be to drive the local execution of PERGOLUX Chile's marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of campaigns, content, and local activations aligned with our global strategy. This role provides vital operational and analytical support to the Country Manager and Performance Marketing Manager to scale our presence in the Chilean market. At PERGOLUX, we are a premium outdoor-living brand that designs Scandinavian-inspired pergolas. What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of general marketing initiatives and traditional channels, implementing local commercial campaigns aligned with the global PERGOLUX strategy.

• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to manage and create local content, including customer testimonials, User-Generated Content (UGC), and influencer assets.

• Execute the localized influencer marketing strategy, overseeing publications, formats, and deliverables while tracking basic performance metrics and reporting insights.

• Manage, schedule, and maintain all local PERGOLUX social media channels, actively supporting community management and basic user interactions.

• Support the creation, adaptation, and localization of graphic assets and global creatives while coordinating basic logistics for events, trade shows, and brand activations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven professional experience or a strong academic background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a similar operationally focused role.

• Excellent coordination skills with the ability to manage content creators, agencies, and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time.

• Proficiency in digital design and content adaptation tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms to effectively localize global marketing assets.

• Strong organizational and communication skills tailored for managing digital communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that aligns perfectly with PERGOLUX’s core values of innovation, humility, and collaborative teamwork.

• Conversational English proficiency (B2 or higher) is required, as the recruitment process and day-to-day collaboration with our international teams will be conducted in English, while daily office interactions in Chile are in Spanish.
