People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About the role
This is a growth role. As our first Field Marketing Manager in the US, you'll own events as a pipeline channel for our expansion out of New York, working hand in hand with Sales and Growth to source and accelerate revenue. That means curated dinners with founders and senior marketers, conference presences that convert, and brand activations with a number attached.

The craft matters. Our audience is the people shaping modern marketing, and they can tell the difference between a generic booth and something worth remembering. But taste is the bar, not the job. The job is turning real-world moments into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own field marketing strategy and execution across New York and the US, with events as your primary channel

• Carry targets for sourced pipeline, meetings booked, and cost per opportunity, and report on them

• Run the full pre- and post-event motion with SDRs and AEs: target account lists, invite outreach, on-site conversations, follow-up sequences, and CRM attribution

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality formats end to end, from invite-only partner dinners to high-visibility brand activations

• Lead our conference presence from concept to execution, including booth design, side events, partnerships, and on-site experience

• Manage every layer of production: venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-the-day delivery

• Build the partnerships and relationships that make each event sharper, bigger, and more effective

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years running events as a demand generation channel at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup

• Proven track record of owning conference presence end to end and turning it into measurable pipeline

• You've worked directly with sales teams on event-driven outreach and know your way around a CRM, including attribution and reporting

• High ownership and operational excellence: you manage vendors, budgets, and logistics, and deliver flawlessly under pressure

• Strong creative instinct and taste for beautifully designed, memorable experiences

• Natural relationship builder, comfortable hosting founders, operators, and senior marketers

Bonus Points

• Experience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only formats from scratch

• Established vendor and venue network across New York

• Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem

• Strong brand and design sensitivity: you care about atmosphere, detail, and positioning

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
