YOUR MISSION 🚀

Your mission will be to generate new opportunities by identifying new students for trainings that we are proposing.

We are looking for a Top Gun Business Developer to join our Sales team. If you're not obsessed with getting better every single day, this isn't for you.

Your main responsibilities are:

1 - Attract, find and convince new students to join our trainings

• Identify new students who will be successful in our trainings

• Identify new leads by emailing people that could be interested by our training

• Make at least 1 to 3 sales every day

2 - Source and be proactive to attract new students for the team and yourself

• Organize LinkedIn campaigns or email campaigns via Odoo to set up meetings

• Make outbound calls on qualified leads: leads know us and are happy to talk with us!

• Take initiative on our own database: propose and launch requalification campaigns to reactivate dormant leads and generate new interest. You spot the opportunity yourself

3 - Use the CRM and AI tools as a way to be more productive and scalable for developing your Sales

• Manage all your calls and meetings via Odoo

• Manage your own reports on Odoo for leads that you are generating

• Ensure strategic, personalized business reminders and follow up on ongoing leads on your CRM

• Use AI as a daily working tool, not an occasional gadget: after every call, run your recording/notes through Claude (or equivalent) to identify what you missed and correct it before the next call

• Actively search for new ways to phrase, frame, and follow up, you don't recite a fixed script, you evolve it call after call

You know or are ready to learn how to use the CRM and AI tools as a way to be more effective and efficient, to give visibility to the team for the work that you are doing and mainly to identify opportunities.

4 - Overcome objections with diligence and assertivity and escalate recurring objections

• Analysing several call records each week to improve your way of overcoming objections and selling

• Challenge the offer continuously: what blocks the close, what's missing, what we should test next, you bring the field back to the product, not the other way around

5 - Participate actively in Paradox's in-person and online events

• Being ready to sell during events or webinars

• Enjoy, appreciate and meet participants during our physical events

• Assisting and animating minimum 2 webinars per month

Experience :

• Minimum of 2 years experience of selling. 

Language :

French : native

English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.

Our chosen language for written communication is English.
Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
