About the Role

We're hiring a Billing Specialist to support the financial operations of Norm Law. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient billing processes in compliance with client-specific requirements, while partnering closely with attorneys, clients, and the firm's finance and operations teams. You'll play a critical role in maintaining billing accuracy, improving operational workflows, and delivering an exceptional client experience through thoughtful financial administration.

$90,000 – $120,000 a year

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation.
