Growth Chief of Staff

TLDR

Work directly with the CEO on the highest impact initiatives. This role combines consulting-level strategy with startup execution, tackling whatever it takes to drive Neon’s growth. • Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.

Experience

We’re looking for someone who combines consulting-level strategy with startup-level scrappiness.

• Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA.

• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth.

• Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.

• Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive.

Required Tools

You will be expected to operate across a wide range of tools and disciplines:

• Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)

• Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)

• Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)

• Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
