About Mind

Mind Robotics is building Physical AI for real-world industrial deployment, starting with the factory floor. We believe the hardest problems in AI are solved when researchers and engineers are hands-on with the physical world every day - and we're looking for people who are passionate about robotics, value ownership, and are excited to tackle difficult problems. Join us if you want to move beyond digital intelligence and put intelligence into motion.

About the Role

As an Electrical Design Engineer on the tactile sensing team, you will build the ultra-compact, high-density sensor stack that allows our robots to feel, manipulate, and interact with the physical world in real time. In this role, you will own the electrical sensing pipeline from low-noise transducer interfaces to digital streams, designing high-density flex and rigid-flex PCBs for space-constrained robotic fingertips and gripper surfaces. You will deliver sub-millisecond synchronized data to real-time control buses and ML training pipelines, solve complex EMI/ESD challenges in noisy, motor-adjacent environments, and bring up, characterize, and scale custom sensor hardware from initial benchtop debug all the way to high-volume manufacturing.
