Has effective communication skills, keen attention to detail and ability demonstrate and correct key performance skills necessary in the field. Supports the effective delivery of projects working closely between the project staff and project leadership. Works closely with the engineers and subcontractors on the job to figure out project needs and oversees the performance of the construction crew.
