BRAND GROWTH AND PERFORMANCE DEPARTMENT

The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and digital product experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.

The YouTube Performance Team plays a vital role in the department's overall strategy, specializing in data-driven growth on YouTube. At the moment, we manage 17 channels (global and localized) focused on product reviews in high-revenue areas like cybersecurity, digital security, tech gadgets, and AI. Our team’s dedication to analyzing sales data and identifying emerging trends allows us to proactively explore new product opportunities and maximize revenue generation through consistent, high-volume content production.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead a team of six coordinators responsible for different product categories and YouTube channels, setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations

• Support, mentor, and develop team members, helping them grow in both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution

• Create a strong team environment built on clarity, collaboration, accountability, and open communication

• Monitor channel performance and use data to make strategic decisions that support growth, improve results, and increase revenue

• Ensure a smooth and efficient video production process by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and keeping delivery on track

• Oversee content quality across the full production cycle - from briefs and scripts to editing, thumbnails, uploads, and final publication

• Manage content planning across multiple YouTube channels, balancing business priorities, audience demand, revenue potential, and available resources

• Drive process improvements that strengthen communication, collaboration, and overall team efficiency

• Stay on top of YouTube trends, platform updates, and new content opportunities, testing ideas and scaling what works

• Report on key results, risks, and priorities to senior management, while helping forecast production capacity and resource needs

   

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Previous experience as a project manager or team lead, ideally within the media/video industry

• Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, support, and motivate a team toward shared performance and revenue goals

• High multi-tasking abilities to work multiple different teams on multiple overlapping schedules with all unique needs

• Experience in Social media channel development (and associated project management with third party resources)

• Data-driven decision-making skills and crunch data for breakfast

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable owning the communication across all stages of production

• Good organizational and planning skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment

• Eagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and development

GROSS SALARY

From 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
