DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Join the team helping shape how automation and AI capabilities are used across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining practical automations that help teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

You’ll work closely with different internal teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for automation, and turn those needs into reliable workflows. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, working with modern tools like n8n, and helping non-technical teams unlock the value of automation and AI.

YOU

You are a curious and technically minded specialist who enjoys building useful automations and making complex things feel simple for others. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical, well-structured solutions.

You bring a strong sense of ownership, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. You may still be growing your technical depth, but you already have a solid understanding of automation logic, APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats, and you’re excited to keep learning in the AI and automation space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build, improve, and maintain automations in n8n for different internal teams

• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of existing automation workflows

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their automation needs and suggest practical solutions

• Help identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve efficiency and reduce manual work

• Configure and connect APIs, webhooks, and other integrations needed for automation workflows

• Work with data formats such as JSON and YAML to build and troubleshoot automations

• Support the team in exploring and applying tools or concepts related to AI, including MCP and other emerging capabilities

• Help non-technical colleagues better understand and use automation and AI-enabled solutions

• Prioritize requests, manage tasks effectively, and ensure automations are reliable and well maintained

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Some hands-on experience with n8n or a similar automation tool

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

• Familiarity with JSON, YAML, and general automation logic

• Good communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to understand business needs and turn them into clear, practical solutions

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple requests

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn by doing

• Interest in AI, automation, and modern workflow tooling

• Familiarity with MCP or AI-related concepts would be a strong advantage

GROSS SALARY

1500 - 2250 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
