PRODUCT STRATEGY TEAM

Our Product Strategy team sits at the intersection of business growth and product delivery, ensuring that the right things get built for the right reasons. The team turns commercial needs into clear, prioritized business requirements and helps shape the initiatives that can create the strongest impact. In this role, you will work closely with revenue and product delivery teams to define opportunities, bring clarity to priorities, and help move the most valuable initiatives forward.

YOU

You are a commercially minded product leader who knows how to turn ideas into clear business requirements and priorities. You understand how revenue teams think, what drives business impact, and how to separate high-potential opportunities from lower-value requests.

You are comfortable working between business and delivery teams - close enough to understand how product and engineering organizations operate, but focused primarily on business value rather than technical execution. You know how to create clarity, challenge assumptions, prioritize based on impact, and help teams align on what should be built next.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the product vision across Mediatech websites and internal tools, ensuring product decisions are grounded in revenue impact

• Act as the key link between Revenue teams and CTO/product delivery, translating commercial priorities into clear business requirements

• Own the pipeline and prioritization process in close collaboration with the delivery team, balancing revenue opportunities against engineering capacity

• Work closely with revenue stakeholders to understand how the business operates, where the biggest growth opportunities are, and what product improvements can unlock them

• Shape new feature ideas and tool requirements, helping define what should be built and in what order to create the strongest business impact

• Ensure the technical roadmap is aligned with commercial priorities and that delivery stays accountable to business outcomes

• Drive innovation across product workflows, including identifying where AI can improve output, efficiency, and business value

• Build strong alignment and trust across revenue, product, and delivery teams, helping create clarity around priorities and decisions

• Help establish a structured, scalable approach to product decision-making, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration

   

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Proven experience in a senior product, strategy, business, or commercial role working across business and delivery teams

• Strong commercial mindset and clear understanding of how product decisions connect to revenue and business performance

• Experience translating business priorities into clear requirements, roadmap decisions, and delivery priorities

• Ability to operate as a bridge between revenue stakeholders and technical delivery teams

• A partnership mindset toward delivery teams - when challenges arise, you bring context and proposed trade-offs to solve them together with engineering teams, rather than escalating problems.

• Strong prioritization skills, with experience balancing competing demands against available resources and capacity

• Confidence working closely with senior business stakeholders and building trust across both commercial and technical teams

• Good understanding of product delivery and enough fluency in product or engineering environments to work credibly with delivery teams

• Experience identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and new product capabilities

• Interest in AI adoption and ability to spot where AI can improve product workflows and business outcomes

GROSS SALARY

• From 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
