AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY

We hire for a wide range of onsite roles, including (but not limited to):

Production & Technical

• Technical Director – Leads all technical elements (AV, lighting, rigging)

• Production Manager – Oversees logistics, budget, and execution

• Line Producer – Manages financials and budget tracking

• Media Logistics Lead / Coordinator – Supports content capture and media operations

Show Flow & Stage

• Show Caller – Runs the show and cues all elements

• Stage Manager / Assistant – Ensures seamless backstage execution

Front of House & Guest Experience

• FOH Lead / Coordinator – Manages guest-facing experience (catering, décor, activations)

• Crowd / Guest Journey Lead / Coordinator – Designs and supports attendee experience

• Brand Ambassador – Represents the brand and engages with attendees

Operations & Logistics

• Operations Coordinator – Supports overall event operations

• Scheduling Coordinator – Builds and maintains event timelines

• Transportation / Travel Coordinator – Manages guest and staff logistics

• Hotel Logistics – Oversees accommodations

Creative & Experience

• Art Lead – Executes visual design onsite

• Location Producer / Coordinator – Secures and manages venues

• Speaker / Talent Management – Supports speakers and performers

General Event Support

• Production Assistant – Flexible support across teams (driver’s license required)

• Event Staff – On-the-ground support across various functions
