Position Overview

Lumilens is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Factory Site Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations for our next-generation 800G and 1.6T optical transceiver manufacturing lines. This role is responsible for supervising production operators, ensuring adherence to optical assembly procedures, monitoring production output, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that drive yield, throughput, and quality.

The Site Supervisor works closely with process, test, and manufacturing engineers to ensure the production floor executes build plans accurately and consistently. This position requires strong leadership, knowledge of optical/electronics manufacturing processes, and the ability to maintain a disciplined, high-quality shop floor environment for advanced optical modules.
