このポジションのミッション
ゲーム制作現場（アーティスト／TA／ゲームデザイナー／開発チーム）と並走しながら、生成AI（LLM等）やプロシージャル生成を「実制作に耐える道具」として定着させることがミッションです。
リアルタイム生成に限定せず、主に「事前生成（バッチ生成）」を前提としたワークフローで、意図の言語化 → 生成 → 評価 → フィードバック → 改善のループを回し、品質・スピード・再現性を継続的に高めます。
本ポジションは、研究開発（R&D）を主目的とした役割ではなく、ゲーム制作のプロダクションに組み込まれる機能・ツールとして実装し、運用まで含めて価値を出す役割です。
業務内容
- 生成AI（LLM等）やプロシージャル生成を活用し、アート／シナリオ／レベル制作を支援するAI機能・制作ツールの開発
- テンプレート／制約設計、制作ツールUXの最適化と高速化、生成体験の改善
- 生成品質（完成度／一貫性／再現性）の向上と、制作パイプラインの効率化（生成フロー、レビュー導線、データ管理、再生成・差分管理など）
- 生成速度・コスト・品質の観点での評価設計と継続的改善（ベンチマーク、比較評価、運用モニタリング）
- 自社製ノードベースエディタの拡張開発（制作現場向け機能追加／UX改善）
- 定型型シナリオの事前生成（バッチ生成）機能の設計・実装（テンプレート化、構造化出力、レビュー前提の生成フロー）
- パズルレベルの事前生成（バッチ生成）機能の設計・実装（制約充足、可解性／難易度などの評価設計を含む）
- ゲームリソースの事前学習データベースの作成・最適化（スキーマ設計、タグ付け、重複排除、検索性／再利用性の向上）
応募条件
- エンジニアとしてゲーム制作に関わる経験、またはコーディングスキルを持つTAとしての実務経験
- 機械学習／自然言語処理、または自動生成（プロシージャル生成、探索／最適化等）に対する基本的な理解
- 大規模データセット／コンテンツデータベースを扱った経験（収集／加工／品質管理／検索性・再利用性の設計等）
- 生成物を「検品」で終わらせず、評価設計 → レビュー → フィードバック → 改善の反復で品質を上げられること
- 関係者（アーティスト／デザイナー／エンジニア）と意見交換しながら、目的・制約・評価軸をすり合わせて前進できること

- 対話型AI／エージェント等の開発経験（制作支援のUI／ワークフローに組み込めること）
- クラウドサービス（AWS, GCP, RunPod, Azure等）でのGPU活用・運用経験
- TensorFlow／Keras／PyTorch等の機械学習フレームワーク利用経験
- 生成AI（画像／テキスト／構造化データ）に関する開発・運用経験（学習／微調整／推論最適化／評価等）
- 制作現場に導入するためのワークフロー／ガードレール設計経験（テンプレ、制約、チェック、再現性、差分管理等）
- ノードベース（グラフ／DSL等）エディタの拡張開発経験
- レベルの自動生成、探索／最適化、評価（可解性・難易度推定・多様性等）に関する経験

About the Role:
The mission of this role is to integrate Generative AI (LLM, etc.) and procedural generation into the actual game production workflow as practical, high-quality tools.
Unlike a pure R&D role, this position focuses on implementation and operation within the production pipeline—specifically focusing on pre-generation (batch generation) to improve quality, speed, and reproducibility through continuous feedback loops.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop AI-driven tools that support art, scenario, and level production using Generative AI and procedural techniques.
- Optimize production pipelines by designing workflows for template creation, velocity and UX improvements for internal tools.
- Implement batch generation systems for scenario writing and level design, including constraint satisfaction and difficulty evaluation.
- Manage game resource databases, including schema design, tagging, and optimizing data for pre-learning and reusability.
- Extend node-based editors to improve functionality and user experience for on-site creators.
Qualifications:
- Game Development Experience: Background as a software engineer in game production or as a Technical Artist (TA) with strong coding skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or automated generation (procedural, search/optimization).
- Data Management: Experience handling large-scale datasets or content databases (collection, processing, and quality control).
- Iterative Quality Control: Ability to design evaluation metrics and run feedback loops (Review → Feedback → Improvement) to raise output quality.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to align goals, constraints, and evaluation axes with artists, designers, and other engineers.
Nice to Have:
- AI Development: Experience developing conversational AI/agents or using ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience utilizing GPUs on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, RunPod, etc.).
- Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with image/text/structured data generation, including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
- Specialized Systems: Experience with node-based editor extensions or automated puzzle/level generation (solvability and diversity estimation).
- Database Design: Advanced skills in data modeling, indexing, and deduplication for content databases.
