The Role & Why Now

Our Sales team is growing incredibly fast internationally. To support this rapid expansion and accelerate our pipeline generation, we need an engine that brings high-quality business opportunities from the outside into our system. While our operations team handles system stability, the GTM Engineer will be the technical driving force behind our lead acquisition.

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join our centralized Operations team in Milan. This is a unique hybrid role—halfway between a marketer and a technician—focused on pure building, execution, and automation. You will be the absolute owner of our outbound infrastructure, turning data extraction, enrichment, and outreach into a scalable, high-performing pipeline machine.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Automation: Set up, maintain, and optimize scraping scripts, data enrichment processes, and automated messaging campaigns (LinkedIn/Email) to constantly feed the sales pipeline.

• CRM Integration & Funnel Management: Integrate your automation flows seamlessly with our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring a clean, reliable, and automated data flow from external channels directly to our sales reps.

• Funnel Optimization: Deeply analyze the B2B commercial funnel, managing the technical part of lead acquisition to convert "cold" leads into highly qualified business opportunities.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to optimize targeting and alignment, and with the broader Operations team to ensure total data accuracy.

• Experimentation & Autonomy: Proactively test new outreach channels, data sources, and automation technologies. You will spot process failures or broken data flows and independently solve them without waiting for detailed input.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Growth Hacking, Sales Engineering, or lead generation/outbound automation roles within fast-growing B2B tech/SaaS contexts.

• Sales Automation & Scraping Expertise: Proven technical ability to manage data extraction, web scraping, enrichment tools, and multi-channel sequencing (LinkedIn/Email)—you know how to build a flow from scratch.

• CRM Literacy: Solid experience integrating automated flows and data inputs with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• B2B Funnel Understanding: A strong grasp of the commercial funnel, customer lifecycle, and B2B metrics. You are highly technical, but fundamentally business-oriented—you know your scripts exist to help close deals.

• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive without micro-management. You are an experimenter who loves to build, test, and track down issues independently until the automation flow runs perfectly.

• Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
