In this role, your primary mission is operational excellence through performance management. Leading a dedicated team of 10+ title professionals, you will be responsible for defining what success looks like on a daily basis, developing clear performance metrics, and coaching your team to consistently meet and exceed those benchmarks. If you are an open-minded leader who loves tracking data, driving accountability, and developing talent, this is the perfect role for you.
