Operations—encompassing Strategic Project Management, Business Intelligence, Workplace, and Legal—functions as the strategic backbone of LearnUpon’s growth. We design, scale, and refine the core infrastructure that powers our day-to-day business. By driving cross-functional alignment, eliminating friction, and leveraging data-driven insights, we enable every team to execute with speed, precision, and efficiency to achieve our most ambitious business goals.

 

About the Opportunity

As our Strategic Project Manager reporting to COO, you will work on high impact key initiatives across the business, you’ll drive LearnUpon’s growth, operational efficiency, and customer value. In this role, you will act as a program leader, partnering with business units to establish the frameworks, tracking metrics, and alignment required to deliver high-priority projects successfully.

 

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading key strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating directly with the global executive team to translate high-level vision into structured execution frameworks.
• Establishing clear project structures and milestone tracking to ensure global business teams remain aligned and accountable for their deliverables.
• Ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders to maintain focus and clarity on initiatives. 
• Identifying potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them with practical, effective solutions.
• Analysing data to identify trends, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure post-execution outcomes that drive business impact.
• Continuously looking for ways to enhance workflows, simplify processes, and increase  efficiency across the business.

 

Skills & Experience 

Must-Haves                                                                         

• 2-3+ years of industry experience working  in project/program management, management consulting, or a corporate strategy function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and strategic vision with a proven track record of bringing order to ambiguous challenges.
• High emotional intelligence with demonstrated success navigating complex environments.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution.
• Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. 
• A calm, programmatic approach to execution when managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business.
• Results-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations.
• A keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers.
• A self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies.
