Apply on company siteThe Senior Product Manager, AI will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven solutions, from strategy and discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable products while partnering with technical and business teams.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions focused on improving operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Develop clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks by working backward from customer needs and measurable impact.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to design experiments, manage product backlogs, evaluate AI performance, and ensure reliable and responsible AI solutions.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept projects to validate product value and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and customer enablement.
- Build business cases, ROI models, and financial analyses to demonstrate product value and communicate results to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure strong data foundations by evaluating data quality, integrations, monitoring capabilities, and feedback loops supporting AI products.
- Establish responsible AI practices, including human oversight, governance frameworks, and safeguards for AI-driven workflows.
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, data, commercial, and operational teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience combined with hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, enterprise software, and data-driven product development. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and communicating effectively across technical and business audiences.
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B or enterprise software products.
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI or machine learning-powered products from concept through general availability.
- Proven experience launching AI/ML products used by enterprise customers with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience querying or analyzing large datasets and evaluating data quality and model performance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams involving engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing.
- Ability to develop ROI models, business cases, and executive-level product presentations.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving security, IT, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and business goals to technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with AI agents, LLM-based applications, autonomous workflows, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, or AI governance practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail, grocery, supply chain, inventory optimization, or enterprise operational technology is a plus.
