In this role, you'll be part of a high-performance SaaS sales team that connects daily with small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage their teams. You'll handle a rapid sales cycle — reaching hundreds of prospects each week, running tight discovery calls, and closing deals that help small businesses save time and run more efficiently. These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, with high-intent, pre-qualified owners queued up for you

• Run tight, consultative discovery calls that get to the heart of how each business hires and operates

• Balance inbound demand with self-sourced opportunities, guided by our GTM strategy

• Hold 10–15 productive business conversations per day

• Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and build pipeline together

• Work with proprietary AI tools built specifically for this team — not off-the-shelf, not optional

• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clean opportunity management

• Act with urgency and a strong bias toward action

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS selling experience

• A confident hunter mindset paired with consultative selling abilities.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

• Experience handling both inbound and self-generated sales efforts.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment

• High energy, resilience, competitiveness, and accountability

• Keen to develop — you actively seek coaching and constructive feedback, demonstrating a strong commitment to ongoing growth.
