About the Role

Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape thoughtful, intuitive, and high-quality experiences for the people who use our products every day. In this role, you will design member-facing experiences that help people navigate their health journey with greater confidence, clarity, and motivation.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical, data, and commercial partners to create intuitive, user-centered solutions from concept to execution, including discovery work, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and validation.

We’re looking for a designer who excels at simplifying complex challenges into impactful user experiences, cares deeply about craft and quality, has a strong track record of shipping meaningful work, brings a growth mindset, and is energized by learning quickly in unfamiliar domains.

Hinge Health is scaling with 51% year-over-year revenue gains and a member base expanding by over 47% annually. This role can directly power how we bring new programs to life and how members experience Hinge Health as we grow.

We believe remote and in-person work each have real strengths, and we aim to get the best of both. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office is also dog-friendly.
